Normal delivery is in the morning between 8am and 12noon. Pick up is between 5pm and 8.30pm in the evening depending on geographical route. However if your booking is for a hired venue or event etc: and you need precise delivery/collection times, this can be arranged at time of booking.
Access to the site must be free of obstacles to allow for a clean run with a wide enough entry point. The site must be level ensuring all sharp objects and animal waste are removed. We will not setup on gravel, shingle etc. If grass has been freshly cut, please make sure all grass cuttings are removed as they will stain and incur additional cleaning costs.
We will supply and use our own 25 meter electric cable with RCD and will need a power point within this distance and easy access to this point. (Our electrical equipment has been PAT tested) All trailing cables are the responsiblity of the hirer.
Setting up will take 10/15 minutes and packing away 15/20 minutes this is for our standard Castles 17 x 15ft.
