Alpha Bouncy Castles encourages and supports the sharing of good ideas, expertise, professionalism and safe working practices to the BS EN 14960:2006 Standard, the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 and also the PUWER Regs 1998. All our inflatables are of commercial grade material.

Our terms and conditions are set out for safe use and operation of inflatables and equipment terms-and-conditions-2023.pdf These must be adhered to.

Risk Assessments are available for your all your events. All these documents are available on our Terms & Conditions page.

We use G M Imber & Sons Ltd for all our hire equipment insurance-24-25.pdf

Test Certificates are available for your inspection. Choose your inflatable, click on the logo to see the latest up to date test certificate.

If any Weather Warnings are in place we will cancel all bookings (unless this is an indoor hire).

We cannot set up any of our inflatables in winds or gusts of more than 24mph.

If the weather forecast changes whilst on hire, we will call and instruct you to cease operation of any inflatable immediately and arrange for collection.

Any cancellations due to weather will receive a full refund.

We understand that sometimes cancellation can be unforeseen but we cannot reiterate enough the importance of Health and Safety.

Our main season is between 1st April - 1st November this is for outdoor and indoor hire. Our Winter season is from 3rd November 23rd March this is indoor hire only.
